Exchange Policy

Once items are received, purchased item(s) are only applicable for exchange if identified with factory defects, and must be notified within 24-hours to our team at aftersales@batikchicindonesia.com Depending on the stock availability here at our gallery, only exchanges of size alternative is possible (color alternatives and/or product types are not recommended)

Please make sure that your item(s) reach us within a 5-weekday grace period since Notification of Exchange

*In the case of stock unavailability for desired exchanged item(s), we give you the ability to PRE-ORDER, however with the circumstance of a waiting list or finally, a refund

Defect Description

Kindly wrap your purchased item(s) in the original shipping packaging, or with any other proper paper bag you wish to wrap it with as long as the item(s) are in perfect condition: undamaged, unwashed and the clothing tag is well-attached

You will be notified with a Exchange Confirmation email which upon delivery, should travel back to us with the exchanged item(s) inside the paper bag. Lastly, you may address your item(s) to our hands at:

For those purchasing within the region of Indonesia, we prefer the delivery with JNE or GOJEK (Jakarta region) to ensure safety.
