Exchange Policy

Conditions for Exchange

  • Damaged Products: Our clients can request an exchange if the product received is damaged. The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Size or Color Exchange: Our clients may also exchange the product for a different size or color, subject to availability, and provided that the price is the same or higher. No refunds will be issued for such exchanges.

Product Condition

  • The product to be exchanged must be in mint condition and never worn.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Exchange Process

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details and a description of the damage or the desired size/color change.
  • We will provide instructions on how to return the product to us.

Exchange Timeline

  • Once we receive the product in its original condition, we will process the exchange.
  • The exchange process will be completed within a maximum of 14 working days from the date we receive the product.

Additional Notes

  • Exchanges for different sizes or colors are subject to availability.
  • If the desired product is of a higher price, the price difference must be paid by the client.
